Two Robots Work Together Using Cooperative Motion Function

Two DENSO six-axis robots demonstrate DENSO's Cooperative Motion function by playing a mobile racing game on a tablet. Cooperative Motion allows multiple robots to maintain the relative position of their tool ends while manipulating a workpiece held between them.

The robots can be programmed with a single controller, simplifying coordination.

Applications include those where two robots are necessary to handle workpieces requiring a bending or twisting motion. Any length workpiece can be accommodated by using DENSO's Extended Joint Axis function. For more info:
